Delta has put together the first in a series of documents detailing the different team roles within CTB. The first up is the Section Leader.
"Being the section leader gives you tremendous power yet vast responsibility. Your team is relying on you more than you are on them. Your role is the father of the group. You are making decisions for them to action. While they trust that your decisions will help them see the end of the fight, you must trust yourself that you have given sufficient thought to what you want them to do.
